1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ko555 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card — CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement or screenshot of a mobile wallet, such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, in your registered name);

4.3 Account Security

5 Terms of Use

5.2 Acceptable Use Standards

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk or mathematically advantage-seeking bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts or coordinating with other users — constitutes bonus abuse. ko555 may void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

8 Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where: (a) the account has not been fully verified; (b) any active wagering requirements remain unmet; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal amount is below the published minimum threshold.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account closure, fund forfeiture and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sports results or any other Platform feature through technical means;
• Collusion with other players, dealers or Platform staff;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform on behalf of or for the financial benefit of a third party;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology;

10 Intellectual Property

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of ko555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, modify or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of ko555. Unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, even if ko555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 User Responsibility

13 Account Suspension & Closure

Verified account balances will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any required compliance checks.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by ko555

• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct has been detected;

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, access to the Platform and its services will be revoked. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to completed compliance review.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
